The hotel had great views from all floors and the rooms were spacious and modern with large flat screens. the hotel offered a Japanese and Cantonese restaurant in addition to the buffet. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including an egg and juice counter. the employees were polite and spoke English.

The food was hit or miss, with the buffet being pretty terrible considering the price. the room service was mostly a miss with basic problems and the concierge was useless.

Easter at this hotel was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and provided free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast buffet. The downtown location with nearby restaurants was also convenient, and I enjoyed the modern amenities in the spacious room.

We were within a short distance of major tourist areas and the West Lake area. Our room was unexpectedly large, with ceiling, to, floor windows that provided amazing views, and had a well, appointed bathroom with free. the breakfast buffet offered both local and western fare which was well, presented and enjoyable. the cleaning crew did a great job and the entire staff was friendly and supportive.
